Bedrock Growth Systems LLC is not a party to any contract, agreement, or relationship between a contractor and a homeowner. We do not endorse, certify, or verify the licensure, insurance, or qualifications of any contractor. Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any business agreement.

5. User Responsibilities

If you are a contractor using our appointment coordination services, you additionally agree to:

• Contact referred homeowners promptly and professionally
• Honor scheduled appointments or provide adequate notice of cancellation
• Comply with all applicable licensing, insurance, and legal requirements in your jurisdiction
• Not solicit homeowners introduced through our platform for purposes unrelated to the referred project without their separate consent
• Maintain accurate and current information regarding your service area and availability

Homeowner contact information provided through our platform may only be used to fulfill the specific appointment or estimate request for which it was provided. You may not add homeowner data to third-party marketing lists, sell or share it with other businesses, or use it for any purpose beyond the referred project without the homeowner's separate explicit consent.

You agree not to use homeowner contact information obtained through our platform to solicit unrelated services, sign them up for marketing communications, or share their information with third parties without their explicit consent. Violation of this provision constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

6. Communications Consent

By submitting a form on our website, you consent to be contacted by Bedrock Growth Systems LLC via:
