I built Bedrock Growth Systems to solve the specific problems I saw: contacts instead of appointments, shared homeowners, contractors doing all the work just to get in front of someone. Our target is 8–12 confirmed appointments per month, though the exact volume is part of what we discuss on the demo call based on your capacity and the market. Life happens. If a homeowner needs to reschedule and reaches back out to us, we handle it. If they reach out to you, let us know — we'll reach back out and find a new time. We're committed to filling your calendar with the volume you signed up for. Cancellations and reschedules are part of the process, not a reason to charge you extra.
Flat monthly retainer. One invoice, one number, no surprises. You're not charged per appointment — you pay for the service, and we deliver the appointments. Exact pricing is based on your target volume and discussed on the demo call. No setup fees, no hidden costs.
