Pay Per Appointment.
Nothing Else.

You fund an account. We deliver confirmed, pre-qualified appointments and draw from the balance as each one lands. No monthly fee. No subscription. Scale up or pull back whenever your capacity changes.

A Funded Account.
Not a Subscription.

Most appointment services charge a flat monthly fee whether they deliver or not, or bill per contact whether it ever turns into a meeting. Here's why the funded account model is built differently.

Funded Account — BGS Model

You Pay When Appointments Land

You fund an account and appointments draw from the balance as they're delivered. No appointment means no draw. The account self-adjusts to actual delivery pace — you're never paying for a month where volume was light.

Every appointment is confirmed, pre-qualified, and exclusive before it hits your calendar. The draw happens because work was done and value was delivered — not because a billing cycle rolled over.

Flat Monthly Subscription

You Pay Whether It Delivers or Not

You owe the same invoice regardless of whether the market was slow, ads underperformed, or the homeowner pool dried up for the month. The vendor's incentive is to keep you subscribed — not to keep your calendar full.

You're locked into a fixed cost even when delivery fluctuates. That's good for the vendor. It's not good for you.

Per Confirmed Appointment.
Everything Included.

✦ Funded Account Model
Custom Pricing
Per confirmed appointment · Discussed on your demo call

Each confirmed, pre-qualified, exclusive appointment draws from your funded account when delivered. Pricing varies by market and project type — a basement contractor in one area prices differently than a landscape contractor in another, or someone running multiple service lines. We don't publish a rate because a number on a page wouldn't mean much without knowing your situation. The demo call is where we get to a real figure: transparent, specific, no obligation.

  • Fund your account upfront — the balance draws down as appointments are delivered
  • Replenishment triggers automatically when your balance reaches a set threshold
  • Auto-pay (ACH) keeps your calendar moving with no manual invoicing
  • Manual replenishment available by check or ACH (higher minimum applies)
  • Switch payment methods anytime — no new contract needed
  • No monthly minimum · No subscription fee · No lock-in
  • Homeowner confirmed for a specific date and time — not just a contact
  • Exclusive — never sent to more than one contractor
  • Sourced from BGS's own targeted ads, not a shared marketplace
  • Pre-qualified: project scope, location, decision-maker, and timeline confirmed
  • Full details delivered: name, phone, address, project type, and notes
  • We handle all preliminary outreach — ads, qualifying calls, and scheduling
  • Reschedule handling if a homeowner needs to move the time
  • Full appointment fee credited back if the homeowner cancels with us before the appointment

Common Questions
About How It Works.

Straight answers to the questions we hear on every demo call.

You deposit funds into your account before we start. As we deliver confirmed appointments, the per-appointment fee is drawn from that balance. You always have visibility into what's in your account and what each appointment drew. There's no monthly billing cycle — money only moves when an appointment lands on your calendar. When your balance gets low, replenishment kicks in automatically or manually depending on how you set it up.
Replenishment is triggered after any draw that brings your balance to a set threshold. If you're on auto-pay, the replenishment processes automatically so your calendar never stops. If you're on manual pay, you'll be notified to send funds. Either way, you're not waiting around for an invoice at the end of a billing cycle — the account stays funded and appointments keep flowing.
We accept ACH (bank transfer) and check. ACH auto-pay is the most seamless option — replenishment processes automatically so your calendar keeps moving without you touching anything. Manual replenishment by check or ACH is available with a higher minimum deposit. You can switch payment methods at any time — just let us know, no new paperwork needed.
Yes, in specific cases. If the homeowner contacts us directly to cancel before the appointment, the full appointment fee is credited back to your account — no questions asked. If an appointment turns out to be materially misrepresented during qualification (wrong project scope, outside your service area, non-decision-maker), you can flag it within 48 hours and we'll review it for a potential credit.
Because a single published rate would misrepresent what you'd actually pay. Pricing varies by market — where you operate matters — and by the type of work you do. A basement contractor prices differently than a landscape contractor, and someone running multiple service lines is different still. A number on a webpage doesn't account for any of that. The demo call is where we get specific: 20 minutes, your market, your trade, and you walk away with a real number. No obligation, no pressure.
No. There are no setup fees, no onboarding fees, and no account activation charges. Your initial deposit is what funds your account — nothing extra comes off the top. Onboarding takes less than a day: we connect your calendar, confirm your service area, and start running.
No long-term commitment. If you want to pause or stop, let us know with reasonable notice so we can wind down ad spend responsibly. Your remaining account balance doesn't disappear — we'll work out what makes sense. There are no penalties and no minimum term. If we're not delivering value, you should be able to walk. That's just how it should work.
